Services
Repairity LLC provides IT, AI, and cloud support on a per-visit or ongoing care-plan basis. Specific scope, timing, and pricing for any engagement are confirmed with you directly — by phone, text, or in person — before work begins; nothing on this website is a binding quote.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking or invoicing. Care plan subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled with reasonable notice.
Client responsibilities
You're responsible for maintaining backups of critical data independent of any service we perform, and for providing accurate access and information needed to complete the work. We are not liable for pre-existing data loss, hardware failure, or third-party service outages outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Repairity LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
